I dealt with Bryan M. from Laird & Son on an emergency air conditioning problem I had (during the july `23 2016 TO heat-wave). His service and professionalism was amazing. The issue was rapidly diagnosed and repaired immediately as well as helpful hints provided on maintaining our unit (which I originally bought from Laird & Son 17 years ago as part of a complete heating cooling package). On all aspects of service quality in a friendly, professional and honest manner this company has excelled whenever I had to deal with them.
