Sam from Northern Appliance showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained repair options and parts cost, ordered the part and returned and completed the work the next day. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable.
Contacted them over email, the next day they arranged technician to come in. Tech came on-time, did an excellent job installing, configuring and explaining everything I need to know about the doorbell - all in all an excellent job from first contact to getting the job completed.

We bought a Loft Bed for our 8 year old son a month ago and have it delivered and assembled.
