In 2005 I purchased a home and it needed some work…one project being a new roof and attic insulation. In my quest to find the best contractor for the job, I found Kent owner of Knox Insulation and Roofing. Right from the beginning, Kent’s calm and professional demeanor gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. I was so impressed with Kent and his team that I contacted him again in the spring of 2012 to install new eavestroughs and then again in the fall of 2012 to install vents for ceiling fans. To summarize my experience of each job with Kent and his team: • He took the time to listen to what I wanted and made recommendations. • There were no surprises as he communicated each step and the process. • Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. • On budget and on time. • Was punctual and always left the worksite tidy. • Very knowledgeable, honest, polite and always a gentleman.
