Should have researched more since see someone had same experience with Marino Contractors. Was to be 6 months 'guaranteed' and ended up 12 months for exterior landscape. Poor scheduling so that even the trades mentioned how frustrated they were. Poor quality of work and yet they could not see how poor it looked. Had one guy working only and needed to have more but obviously poor staffing and workload. Never hire these people. Everyone judges on first meetings but its really the work and the end point that one needs to value. They don't have the talent
