We own the V10 Animal; excellent machine but recently the large collection bin broke and the machine is still within 2 yr warranty. Spent a considerable amount of time and information with a chat rep 2 weeks ago and was told 5-8 business days for replacement part to be available (we'll send you an email)... 10 business days later still no email... 2nd chat session just finished and had to repeat and resend pictures even though I was told this info was saved to file last time. This time there is no timeline on the part; just it will be in at some point, wait for email. I bet I'm back on chat in 30 days. Escalated the chat (well told the rep spoke with supervisor) and offered a refurbished machine as a replacement. We do not want a used replacement... when we spent $700 on the new machine we expected a machine that would work well past the 2 yr warranty; and if not proper warranty as expected by customers... We just want the part not somebodies previous returns... or replace the machine with a new one. $700 is a lot of money to many ppl...
