Evgeny was very knowledgeable and professional. My Miele dishwasher broke and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. He even fixed another problem that I had with my Samsung fridge in the same visit. I have had other appliances that needed repair in the past. He always responds promptly and repairs the problem exactly as expected. I am very appreciative to have such a knowledgeable and reliable person to be able to call if I have a problem. Highly recommended.
