Very tricky roof leak that had been bugging us for years. The Shandyman team took a step back to assess where the leak was coming from before giving us a quote and outlining the job. Very professionally done too, we haven't had a single leak since. Gave them siding and sprayfoam work too. Will always use them in future. Glad to refer to others!
Excellent work - found and resolved a leaky roof. The original roofing company made several attempts to find and resolve the issue over the years with zero results. Shane, Jesse and their team spent a morning looking for the issue, and then worked with us to resolve - all for a very fair price. Would 100% recommend the work of Shandyman and their other trades (while porch roof was exposed, they sprayfoamed our front bedroom - turning any icy floor into the a normal floor section).
