DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish there was a way to stop these types of companies from running their business. My 3 year old Maytag dryer started making a squealing sound so I googled and called these guys. They came the same day. The technician Sam came and demanded that I pay $ 300 cash upfront for him to open the dryer and check the problem!!! I paid him the cash as I just wanted it repaired. He spend 1/2 hour then started yelling from the basement for me to come down. Then he writes me a quite for parts of another $ 400 (211 for the Idler pulley) and 186 for the rollers kit. Upon inquiring around website these two parts cost less than $ 100 for genuine parts. I called around other technicians and they said this problem is common and this pricing is outrageous!! They even think that the problem is smaller than what they are claiming. I asked him for the part number or to show me the part on the maytag or reliable parts website and he refused to talk to me. I called the office and the girl that picked up told me I did not have to go with them and they did not care if I put a bad review for them. So her I am !! Do yourself a favour and do not use this company
