Damian, Matthew and team did a great job on both sodding our back yard and adding sprinklers front and back. The sod was of excellent quality and all of it "took" and grew into a nice lush backyard lawn. Looks fantastic. Sprinklers are excellent quality (Hunter System) and work like a charm. Water controller is easy to program and very flexible. Damian and Matthew were both very easy to work with, responded immediately to questions and resolved any small issues immediately. We would definitely use their services again!

Very pleased with the carpet we purchased from Ultra Carpet. Noor and his staff were great to work with. High quality carpet and underpadding were purchased at a really competitive price. The installation team was fantastic with two floors of our home done in a single day - they even moved around some of our furniture. All was completed with minimal wall or baseboard "dings". A great overall experience start to finish!

Alex and his team did a fantastic job. From initial prep work to painting and clean up we could not have asked for better. Alex removed our nasty popcorn ceilings, added pot lights, painted all rooms including awesome jobs of spray painting our brand nee fireplace surround and built in cabinets on our second floor (5 coats each!!!). The work was meticulous. The best paint job we have ever seen! We would recommend EPF to all our family and friends. Alex is also a super nice guy and very easy to work with! We are about to have Alex quote on full renovation of two bathrooms.

Our chimney has been "degrading" for the past 5 years. The final straw was when birds set up homes in the voids created by missing bricks this year!!!!A-1 Quality Chimney was one of the first contractors that we called based on their Home Stars reviews. Bob personally came to our house to .inspect the damage. Unlike other contractors, there were no high pressure tactics only factual information and an excellent, low priced quotation. They also provided the best warranty of all contractor we had quote. Knowing that we had a wedding reception at our house in several weeks, Bob managed to give our job a high priority. The crew was literally on site in days from our call to confirm the order! The on site crew was great; careful and meticulous. The brick was matched exactly (a major concern for us) and the chimney looks great. The work site was left cleaner than they found it! I would recommend A-1 Chimney (1986) Ltd. to anyone in need of chimney work. Clearly a service-oriented business who truly care about customer satisfaction. .
