After Just in Time cleaned our ducts, six months ago, they didnt clean the filters and just left them next to the furnace. I just called them and they said that thats for us to clean, but the problem is they should have told us that at the time. This has resulted in us, breathing in dusty air for the last six months and gotten sick a few times. In January I got the worst flu Ive ever had. They barely apologized for this. Not happy with this company.
