We had a leak in our basement bathroom ceiling, I called Sheehan in the morning and they said they could come that afternoon. They said they would be there in the afternoon between 12 and 4 and would call when they were on their way. I received a call at 12 and at 12:15 Mike (the plumber) arrived. He put on booties before entering the house and explained very thoroughly what and where the problem was. He made sure to put a drop cloth down to catch any mess as he had to cut a hole in the ceiling. Mike finished the job quite quickly and went through what he had done with me before he left. He left the bathroom as clean as it was before he started. I was quite surprised at the bill in a very pleasant way. You hear so many horror stories of how much plumbers charge and I was very happy with the amount. I would call Sheehan Plumbing again in a heart beat. I highly recommend this company.

Centra was a great company to deal with right from the start. They returned phone calls, arrived on time, called as a reminder that they were coming a couple of days before the start date. We had 14 windows replaced, 3 sliding patio doors, and a garage entrance door and 2 front doors. The employees that did the work were awesome. They were extremely polite, very easy to talk to and if you had a question they answered it very knowledgeably. The three people we had working were Rob, Mike and Karm. They cleaned up the house every day before they went home. They made sure to protect everything with tarps on the floor and covered things that couldn't be moved. We love our new windows and doors. Before they left on the last day Ross made sure to do a walk through with us to make sure that each and every window, patio door. garage door and front doors were up to our expectation. We found that one window was a little bit stiff to slide (which we thought was normal), he then went and sprayed a lubricant on every single window and patio door and wiped them down to make sure they clean before the left. He took the time to explain the working of the windows and the doors to us. I never once felt like he or they were in a hurry to leave for the day. They made sure to take their time to check and double check the job site to make sure it was clean. They even made sure that all of the windows were armed properly to the alarm system. That was one of the last checks (there were a few checks he kept doing to make sure it was all down). to make sure we could set the alarm properly I dealt mostly with Ross and he definitely knows windows and doors. I think he would make a great manager for the company. He was extremely professional as were Mike and Karm. They are great ambassadors for Centra Windows and doors. We did get many quotes from different companies, Centra wasn't the lowest quote nor was it the highest quote. They are a local company (Langley) which I feel strongly about. There warranty is lifetime which gives our family peace of mind. We decided to go with them as we knew 3 other families that used them and were extremely happy with the product. We have to have our stucco repaired as we removed window boxes and decorative shutters that were on the old windows.
