I had all the windows in my 2 storey house replaced at the end of July 2018. My original contact with Gienow Renovations was through their sales rep Andrew Lemkes. Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough with his quote. Lead installer Alex Kuz'min and his helpers Tony and Max installed 11 windows (5 upstairs and 6 on main floor). They performed their work efficiently and professionally. They took care to cover my floor and clean up. The attention to detail was appreciated, especially the outside casing and caulking around the new windows. A bedroom window had to be expanded and bathroom window had to be removed and installed taking care not to damage the existing tiling around the window. Both jobs were really well done. I was also impressed with the level of communication with Alex and his crew. All in all an excellent first experience with Gienow Renovations. I would like to send a big thank you to Alex and his crew.

Called Home Depot to have my carpets cleaned. Steam Dry Canada sent Senior Technician Shawn to do the job. Shawn was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very careful with his equipment. You could see that he cared about doing a first rate job. I would highly recommend Shawn and his company.
