The plumber, Keito refuse to pay for the damage to our property by his poor skill in replacing the bathroom shower cartridge. All our family members witness his mistake that he forgot to shut of water main and cause water damage to our property. But he refused to take responsibility or notify his business insurance to take care of the damage in spite of he told every one his company has liability insurance for his work.
