Problem wasnt solved 1st time. Very kind to come back to revisit. 2 team members spent over an hour to diagnose issue. Replacement toilet required. The charged us nothing because they couldnt fix. Guess who Im going to call to replace the toilet Truly amazing and unexpected service Toilet then arrived. Promptly installed. Very polite service provided. Very fairly priced. Exceptional, will use on all future plumbing projects You will do well to use them
