Poor workman quality and customer service.
Gutter repair performed did not last even a few months before it started leaking. Reached out to the service manager and have been getting a slow and reluctant response to fix the work within the warranty period. Company got back to me after 9 months. Returned the money for the work that they were unable to complete.

You noted we replied to you in 9 months, which is false and misleading. We did respond to your messages within a timely manner, and because it was off-season in winter, no one came out to fix the issue until the new season in April.
