I called ABC and dealt with Vlad on the phone twice, once to book the appointment and once to check on the time. Both times he was helpful and friendly. I got a next-day appointment which is really helpful since I didn't have a working stove. I was initially given a four hour window, but when I called the next morning it was narrowed down to a one-hour window. Again, very helpful. The repairman was able to figure out that the heating coils in my stove had burned out. He had the part in his truck so I was able to get my stove fixed during this call. Way cool! It was pricy ($250) but it was the motor and it did get it fixed right away. Vlad also showed me where I needed to vacuum to keep the unit running smoothly and fixed a rattling sound that had been bothering me. He didn't rush and seemed determine to make sure I was happy with my now-working stove.
