called to book an appointment last friday, and they had availability for saturday (the nxt day) the guy on the phone said the service included video before and after, the duct cleaning and the disinfectant. few hours later got a call back because a mistake was made and they couldn't come on Saturday so therefore we rescheduled for Sunday ( i didn't mind since i was home either day) Sunday came and I noticed a missed call around 1215. I called them back, they said due to bad weather they will have to reschedule. i was disappointed to say the least as the weather seemed fine to me. I advised him that the weather is fine here and i dont wish to reschedule. he put me on hold and after calling i guess the person who was supposed to come, he came back and said ok he will be there in an hour. i asked what changed ? he said it will be someone els. ok thats great. sure enough within the hour a gentleman came and started to check where he would be setting up the vacuum. After a walk through the house, i introduced myself and asked if he can explain a little bit of what he was going to do since this is the first time i get duct cleaning done (recently bought home) so he took us down to the furnace and explained how it works, where air is sucked in and then enters the furnace then out.... also gave us good tips. He was very kind to reduce the price by 49$ because the sq was less than 2000. He actually called himself and had it reduced. Once he opened a square hole close to the furnace he plugged in a vacuum that ran from the truck through our basement window, he then went to every vent in every room and used an air gun that was also attached to the truck to remove debris. he gave a good tip. to vacume the vents that take in air. He also blew out the area where the furnace sits and our dryer vent area (this was a bit messy but it was in the basement so not really a problem ) Our vents were not really that dirty when we looked with the camera, though it was kind of hard to see properly but he also checked with his fingers and it wasn't that bad. There was an air in take upstairs that was in a wall between a bedroom and the hallway (this was the messiest it got) which wasn't that bad just a bit of dust came out when he blew it from the bedroom side through to the hallway. after he was done i asked what type of disinfectant they use and he told me it wasn't necessary and he wouldnt do that anyways because the liquid is frozen. I was upset because no one told me this and i was told it was included but since he had already given us a discount and cleaned our dryer and furnace area i decided i got a better deal. overall i think it took him 40min and he was kind and pleasant. I forgot his name but he was nice enough to ask if we were ok with everything before he left. The reason i gave them a 4 out of 5 for satisfaction and 3 out of 5 for recomendation is because of the reschedule even though i was ok with sunday it could have been inconvenient for anyone if that was the day they took off from work to be able to have the service done and then also because they tried to reschedule again and last because of the disinfectant, we were not advised that it wouldn't be available oh and we didn't get to see the after video, we forgot to ask. overall though the gentleman like i said was very pleasant Thank you again an update : i changed the rating from 6 to 8 because the Manager called and apologised for the reschedual and also offered a discount for furure duct cleaning. He asked if id rethink the rating I originally had. Though I've not receive the email, this showed some out reach to their customers. Id like to add as well, the guy who came to do the duct cleaning did take his shoes off at the door (for those who care) the truck was all white no logos from the company but he said it was a new truck and they haven't put the logos on as of yet.

I found Brent on this site, saw that he had good reviews so I booked him for my inspection. I have to say he is very patient, especially with me because I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. He's very easy going and informative, everything was checked from the garage to the roof and attic and in between all the appliances... Etc At the end he makes sure you are happy with his services and we sure were.
