Purchased above item from good old LEON's (NOT) and it was delivered damaged on June 7th, 2013, contacted a CSR the next day to advise them of the damages and requested a return of the items as the table mechanism was not working proper and the sodier on one of the tables legs had let go plus two of the chairs were defective. I was told they would not take it back, spoke to the manager and said NO to a return, NO to my money back and NO store credit, as they would have to sell the set as Clearance, no kidding!!! They offer to send out a technician to repair the table, to which I replied, then my table is no longer new. He was not/not very help and finally called me back saying they would send out a new table, well the delivery came , June 12th, 2013 with only a table top and two chairs, NO LEGS, hence I rejected the delivery, CRS arranged another deliver for today June 18th, 2013 and they showed up again with just the table top and NO LEGS, refused delivery again. Hence here a sit with a broken table and still waiting to hear back from CRS @ Head Office. What kind of Customer Service is this. I have been a Customer of LEON's in the past (thank god with no damages) and will no longer be a Customer in the FUTURE. Have advised my family and several friends to deal with LEON's, I would still like my MONEY BACK or at least a STORE CREDIT. What is the problem????????? Sincerely unsatisfied customer. Janet
