Called them for a dryer service and they advised it was not repairable and convinced me to buy a refurbished dryer from them. It started showing issues right after the installation. the heating was not working and almost had 4 -5 issues since the installation. had to spent more money and now again there is heating issue. Have been calling them for a week and not showing up.. Guys if you want to lose money... call them. Very poor service and very incompetent

Actually, called in for a faulty washer dryer and Vivek from JK attended to it promptly. Ended up buying a refurbished dryer. They provided good price and great service. Had few minor issues developed and he attended as soon as I called with out any further charges
