Cozy World came recommended by a close friend, who had a great experience with them a few years ago. Our furnace failed, and the "big" company that identified the failure tried to upsell us and hurry us along. Luckily, the weather was nice so we were in no hurry. Fred and his team were prompt, thorough and courteous, and did a better job of explaining what happened to our old furnace (which was 20 years old). The quote was at least $1000 less than what the big guys quoted, for a better furnace (Lennox). Cozy followed up with all warranty information, plus a rebate from the manufacturer. All if all, a great experience.

The worst experience with a contractor I've had in 25 years. Tyler is difficult to work with. It took dozens - maybe hundreds - of phone calls and texts to get this pool installed, as unfortunately we paid for it ahead of time (never do that!). Once installed, it immediately failed (liner pulling away from frame in two places). He never came to fix. He never came to deliver missing equipment. He never came to close the pool for winter. All of this was promised, and never happened. And despite his "warranty" nothing has been remedied. We're out over a thousand dollars in the end, but I'd rather not see him again. Best advice: Google before you hire.

Update! Service was good at the start. Then the unit failed and the team re-installed the unit last summer. I was told the original installation was not performed properly and needed reinforcing. However, Rolltec still charged me for the fix, standing by their one year warranty on installation. I'm awaiting resolution. Let's see if they make good. Well... they did not. Quibbling over a $500 "make good" job seems to be their specialty. I'll go elsewhere next time, which will be soon as the whole thing is failing. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great service, from consultation and quote to instal and demonstration. Very responsive to queries. Friendly, and professional. The product is great: works perfectly and reliably. Installation team was prompt, fast, efficient and helpful.
