I had all the sealed window units in the living room replaced in 2019. The work was well done. The receipt for the work only indicated the price and deposit. It did not state what company the sealed window units were from or the warranty. This winter one of the seals in one window failed. I called to find out about the warranty and they also had to search to find out where the sealed unit came from and then check if it was under warranty. Luckily it was a 10 yr warranty. I would expect that the invoice would provide the warranty information and the manufacturer ot the sealed window units. I asked for a invoice with this information this time and was not provided with it. Make sure if you buy windows to have this information on your invoice.
