We originally called Pest Zone to look at some ants that appeared to be nesting in the stair carpet. We picked Pest Zone because they had very good reviews and a high customer satisfaction rating. Gancy responded immediately, knew what I was talking about when I described the ants with wings that didn't seem to fly. He quickly made an appointment to come deal with the problem. He was prompt, polite and really knowledgeable. It was also great that he used non-toxic chemicals so we didn't have to virtually evacuate! The house was good to go in just a few hours. We've had problems with centipedes & spiders for years. Originally I asked Gancy if the centipedes could be dealt with as well. He explained that it was better to deal with them in spring when they begin hatching so we waited and called back in the spring. Once again Gancy promptly made an appointment to come, at that time I asked about spiders as well ... spiders seem to literally fight to be in our home. Turns out Gancy could also treat for spiders. This time due to bug habits some prep was required to expose all the potential problem areas, Gancy was very clear about what had to be moved to be ready and told us he'd handle anything we couldn't. He did three different treatments to deal with the pests in all the different ways they infiltrate. And wonder of wonders they're gone. We should have done this years ago!
