I would HIGHLY recommend Ravi and his team at H&R Heating and Air. We first found H&R through HomeStars in the fall while looking to have our annual furnace service. Ravi was quick to respond and incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Last month (February), while away with our new baby visiting our inlaws, we lost our furnace. Our NEST thermostat sent us a low temperature warning and we were very worried about our pipes bursting as the weather here was extremely cold. I called Ravi and was able to coordinate him going to our home, assessing the situation, and ultimately replacing our very very old furnace. His quick response saved us from having to book a flight home and likely having our pipes burst. He was able to respond, source and replace our furnace within 2 days. I cannot recommend H&R enough. They are responsive and fairly priced.

Contacted Vincent from Elite as he was doing work at a neighbours house. He was quick to respond and set up time to come by and have a look at the tree work we required. He was incredibly knowledgeable and offered suggestions on what would be best based on trees and their location. Vincent and his crew completed all the work and we couldn't be happier.

We asked as well for the infrared camera scan, which helped us to better understand what may be happening in the walls. I felt comfortable that I understood the report he gives you, and felt I was making an informed decision before signing the next phase of the purchase of the house.
