I just want to update my previous review regarding our leather couch. Instead of trying to call the main Mobilia phone # again, we called the salesman who sold us the couch at the Markham location - who was very friendly. He acknowledged the wrong couch had been ordered - and therefore the wrong couch was made / delivered. We received a call from the store manager the same day who also was friendly and service-oriented and offered us 4 choices (a) Re-order the couch we want (another 12-16 weeks) (b) Choose the same model couch that is available at another store - but in a different colour (2 weeks) (c) Full refund (d) Keep the couch that was delivered if we like it. I was most impressed by his call, given the reviews I had previously read. Although we are disappointed that it would take another 16 weeks to get the couch we ordered (their leather furniture is made in Italy or China, then shipped by boat) - we are happy with the options given. I have upgraded my ratings based on the total service provided! Christina from Richmond Hill.
