We went in as first time carpet buyers and were told to just pick a carpet that we liked. We were never advised on the different carpet types and that some carpets are suited for specific uses. Our carpets look awful after just a few months of use. The store is ignoring our requests for help. Now we're stuck fixing this awful damage done to our home
