My HVAC system (furnace and a/c) needed to be replaced and the furnace was in a very challenging position in a tight crawlspace. Some companies would not do it. I had several quotes and had to learn a lot to determine what would be the best decision. Sean was recommended to me by my neighbor who also had a complicated problem. He and Raj have over 28 years experience and priced out two options. I had so many questions and wrote epic emails, which Sean patiently and promptly replied. He gave insights I appreciated. I did not feel rushed into making a decision. Some other companies may try to smooth-talk and apply pressure. Sean was approachable and honest. The project was a huge investment and his prices were great (considering the access was a nightmare) I decided to get a heat pump and furnace. There were many unknown factors due to the position of the original furnace. They did not know whether they would have to cut into the wall from my kitchen side in order to gain access. I will also mention that my condo loft is over 100 years old so every unit is unique. There is also no elevator. The installation took almost six days, which did not surprise me. They had to adjust ductwork.. There were some snafus which were resolved as quickly as possible. The furnace needed to be installed horizontally, and the first one sent was carefully checked and had to be exchanged. There was another part that needed adjusting. The heat pump was put on the roof and everything hooked up. The installation also included a smart thermostat- which experienced a problem with cooling. Sean and Raj returned the next week and managed to resolve the issue. The team was very hard-working, calm in the face of problems and always friendly and pleasant. Sean is a thoughtful person true professional who I would very highly recommend!
