Two of the four blinds bought from the company and installed by them, have issues with the mechanism to raise or lower them . I am required to take them down and mail them to their office for review etc. If I want the installer to come in, there is a cost involved. I am a senior and unable to climb ladders. As well, my pension does not allow me to direct funds towards something that I paid a small fortune for. Surely the life time guarantee carries some weight? The cost posted at top is approximate as I am unable to locate invoices
