Our very old fance was falling apart and we decided to replace it with a new one. When I called Pro-Reno, Alex responded immedately, quoted a very resonable price and promised to start work in about one and a half week. The work was done next week with an amazing efficiency. The first day by the lunch time the old fence was dissasambled and disposed of, deep holes drilled and the post cemented in the ground. Next day by noon the new fence was finished in spite of a bit difficult location with lilac bushes, a big tree, and cedar hedge around, The fence is really custom build, not from ready to use standard pannels. It looks outsdanding with cascading fragments following the uneven terrain. The quality and precision excceded my all expetations. Alex gave us 5-year warranty, but constuction looks so sturdy that the fence should last many dozens of years. To anyone who wants to deal with a very proffesional, experinced and friendly contractor like Alex I can highly recommend Pro Reno.

When the blower in our 19-year old furnace failed we have decided to buy a new furnace rather than repair the old one. With so many heating & A/C contractors, selection of the best one is not easy. I was lucky to call Cozy World. Fred immediately responded, visited our home, listen to our concerns and preferences, give us a good advice and a quite reasonable estimate for the quietest and most efficient Lennox furnace. His installation team led by Sina did a fantastic job. Everything went smoothly and and fast - they finished by the afternoon. We are very glad with the results and especially the quietness of the furnace. We also appreciate that the venting pipes were placed in an unobstructive way and the new metal work looks so much nicer than the old one. It was a pleasure to deal with Cozy World. Keramin installed granite tops on our kitchen counters and island. The whole installation done by Mark and Chaim was very fast (3 hours), efficient and clean. The results exceeded our expectation. From a large variety we had a chance to select beautiful stone with colour and pattern matching our kitchen. Craftsmanship of fabrication is on the highest level. We'd like to thank Eddy who led us through the whole process and as a bonus added a cutting board from the same material and Mark who designed and fabricated the tops with beautifully made edges of a special shape.
