I have recently required the services of a HVAC person or company to look into and diagnose my AC/Furnace issue, as all of a sudden stopped working with not power. As recommended by my brother in law that had previously used the services from Moore Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. I proceeded to contacted them (EOAN) through text messages for a diagnose and quote. Eoan returned my text message and inquiries within 30 minutes, offering immediately a couple of options for him to be able to come by the house as we knew that the weather will start to be very warm by the weekend, very impressive already as I thought that was very thoughtful on his part. As it was very difficult for me to be available at a reasonable time during the week, Eoan offer to come by on the Saturday of the long weekend and I was and I'm very grateful for his decision, help and assistance that day. Eoan, came on time with a great attitude and personality being very courteous and helpful right away, and conducted himself very professionally. He was able to diagnose and assess the problem/s as my unit is not young anymore but his honesty, expertise and experience, were able to save me from getting a whole brand new unit as he said that my unit even though it was one of the old ones, it was still a great unit to keep and immediately offer me various solutions plus extras to be able to keep the same unit. Eoan took his time to make sure both AC and furnace, were back up and running again, plus needed to get parts the same day in order for everything to operate 100%. No only he has done a great job and repair but incredibly cost efficient too. Thank you very much Eoan, much appreciated your help and assistance you have provided me with. I'm definitely very pleased with the service reprovided by Eoan in a timely manner and most important, in a safely manner. I would absolutely recommend Eoan and his company to all my Family, Friends and neighbors for any future opportunities where a HVAC person will be required.
