Our second floor is always hot in summer, even when we run the central air conditioning 24/7. I work upstairs with a bunch of computer equipment and it becomes quickly unbearable. We decided to add a ductless air conditioner to our second floor. I did a lot of research on the best system. While they're more expensive, the Mistubishi split systems consistently come up on top. I got several quotes and then decided to list the job on Homestars. Len from Tempasure reached out by phone quickly. He was good to speak with and knowledgeable. After an inspection of our house, he made a couple of recommendations and quoted prices that were on par with other reputable HVAC firms. The deciding factors were his knowledge and ease with the process, their two-year labour warranty, quick scheduling and their extensive and positive review history here on Homestars. Within a couple of weeks, we had our system installed. The installers were friendly and courteous. The installation went smoothly. We did end up having an issue with the aesthetics of the electrical conduit run. When I brought it up with Len, he sent one of his team down the next day to address the issue. In my experience, it's easy to work with someone when everything goes perfectly. The mark of a great company is how they deal with things when there is an issue. Len and his team responded quickly to our concerns and made everything right. Based on the whole process of installing this ductless system, from quoting to finishing, I am happy to recommend Len and Tempasure.

I was recommended to check out Shower Door of Canada (SDOC) by a helpful clerk at a box store when I stared to talk about our preference for 3/8" bathtub glass doors that open on both sides. I did quotes at a few places and SDOC were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. The bathtub kit they installed is very...very nice and their installation team was quick, courteous, and did a very good job. It took them a couple of hours to do the work. The installation cost was totally reasonable. If you're in the market for show/bath glass, I would highly recommend SDOC. It's a business focused on bathroom glass doors.

Accuserv did a full service on our furnace and ac unit. They were on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The answered all of my questions and helped me understand my system a bit better. I will recommending them in the future.

we bought our Goodman furnace from cozy world about 3 years ago. I awoke the other night and it seemed that the furnace was no longer functioning. I emailed and left a voice mail for boris. he called back first thing in the morning and arranged to have the installer, Fred, come by to take a look. Fred quickly resolved our issue and we were up and running. It was clear in the initial consultation process that Bally was a pro. We went to three companies in our search to find someone to work on our backyard. Bally's quote was not the lowest but it was the best laid out and incorporated our ideas. He had great input and was not afraid of some of the constraints imposed by the unique configuration of our property and the materials that we wanted to use.
