From start to finish these guys were truly AMAZING. I was super hesitant to go ahead with any company as I know absolutely nothing about windows, but Eugene my salesman was wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable, and caring. Val and his team that did the install were so impressive. They were true pros and masters at their craft. On time, always. Worked morning until night, not a rushed job, major attention to detail, and the mess was as minimal as possible (just a little dust) which is unavoidable. I had 5 quotes from other companies and they were waaaay more expensive. Pushy, and slimy sales tactics from the other companies too. Eugene was the total opposite, he gave me the best price and made me feel like I made the best choice. If you are looking to do windows in your home you will be doing yourself a HUGE disservice if you do not at least speak with Eugene and letting him quote you before proceeding. Time will tell if the product itself holds up as I only had them installed last week, but so far I could not be happier with my windows, and thank God I found Total Home before going ahead with another company, legit saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! Thank you so much guys, I appreciate all of your hard work, and will recommend to everyone who asks me!!!
