My shingles needed to be changed after 20 plus years. Called in a few roofing companies to give me quotes. Wade by far provided the best quote with options. He even sent out John a few times to attend to a squirrel problem in my attic. The day of, John & Justin arrived on time. Around 2 p.m. when Wade came around to check on the progress, he informed me that the ply was warped. He suggested putting on another layer of ply on the entire roof. A one day project ended up taking 3 days. However I must say I was very impressed with the quality of work done by Wade's crew. They did not rush things & did the job meticulously. Even my neighbours were very impressed with the work quality & said they'll definitely hire Danforth Rd. Roofing for their roofing projects. Without a doubt I highly recommend Danforth Rd. This review is long overdue. Hicham was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Very competitive pricing as well. He installed my garage door October 2021. However, one of the panels had a defect. Hicham said he'd put in a call to the manufacturer for a replacement panel. However due to supply chain issues the panel didn't arrived until April of this year. On receiving it, Hicham contacted me and replaced it right away. Overall I am very satisfied with Hicham's quality of service and communication and would definitely recommend him to replace garage doors.

My fireplace chimney was was rusted and split at the seam. After calling several contractors, was told they did not repair or replace metal chimneys. I finally found Bill on Homestars, and after he asked me a few questions he knew exactly what he was dealing with. Bill showed up on a Saturday morning, which was the only free day I had. I asked him what my legal options were going about taking off the chimney. He explained to me exactly what he could do, and after quoting me a price, which I found to be very fair, he proceeded to do the work. Bill finished, removing, sealing, capping the chimney and cleaning up in under an hour. I have to say that Bill is a thorough gentleman and a very honest and reliable tradesman.
