Nu-Look HomeWorks renovated our partially finished daylight basement into a fully compliant legal suite. Ron provided a certificate of insurance, references for similar work, and a comprehensive estimate to us prior to beginning the project. His subtrades had all worked for him on previous jobs, and were consistent throughout. Without exception, we found them to be respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to discuss alternative solutions when issues arose, then allowing us to choose from available options. Since we were already dealing with the District of Coldstream re: zoning, we arranged for our own permits, although Ron informed us that this was something he did routinely.
