We discovered water dripping from the pot light in our basement ceiling. Lex was super responsive and on the phone with me in just a few minutes walking thru the problem and helping me to isolate the issue and stop any further damage. I work shift work and Lex and Rob were able to accommodate my schedule and make it to my house at a time that worked for me. They came and determined the source of my water leak quickly. They worked professionally and really knew their stuff. I have found my new go to plumbers and I would highly recommend Crystal Waters to anyone.
