Before I rate any kind of protection service, I like to let it wear in. I don't know how well a stain repellent will repel coffee or water or wine until an actual stain occurs. Well a stain occurred. My dog had an accident and threw up on the couch, and immediately I went to my stain removal kit that Paul leaves with you. I texted him for advice on next steps, and he promptly responded, helping me through my stain issues as quickly as possible, at 10pm at night. Incredible service!

I had bought a second hand sectional that I was unsure would fit in my condo's elevator. It was 4" too long, so I had Micro Moves quote me for four employees to carry the sofa up to the seventh floor through the stairs. Initially only two movers arrived, and the mover told me that they would start with only two movers to get the sofa into the truck. When they got to my condo they were confident that it would fit into the elevator and avoid the stairs all together. They managed to tilt the sofa so it would JUST fit. I was so pleased that I would save money on the quote, but later the mover said that I would have to pay the entire original quote for four movers. I paid the price, but promptly got in touch with Micro Moves who adjusted the quote and refunded me without hesitation. Terrific service, reasonable prices, would highly recommend!
