Luckily for me on a really hot day, Rob was available immediately and replaced my thermostat. While he was checking the a/c unit outside, he saw that there was a lot of grass clippings and such in the filter I think it is and cleaned it out. Rob was polite, efficient and got the job done at the right price for me!
