New House Build from Foundation Up
K7 Morin, under the skilled direction of Steve, built our house from the ground up. The design was modern, featuring a flat roof rather than the traditional triangular shape. Out of the six builders we considered, Steve not only offered competitive pricing but also stood out with his hands-on approach. From our initial meeting, Steve impressed us with his practical knowledge and experience, speaking not as someone who merely reads or recounts stories, but as someone who has personally handled every aspect of construction. Throughout the build process, there were numerous adjustments and improvements, and Steve adeptly improvised while collaborating with the design engineer to ensure all changes met our requirements. For instance, in the original design, a beam protruded from the ceiling, which Steve promptly modified to create a sleek, flat ceiling while maintaining structural integrity.
