This is perhaps the worst experience I've ever encountered in my lifetime. My Whirlpool washer would fill with water during the wash cycle and would not drain correctly. I paid 129.99 to have a technician come to diagnose the problem. He said the issue was the Water Inlet Valve. He also mentioned that I would need to pay another $100 to have another person come with him on the next visit as the top dryer would need to be removed. Fair enough. I paid the extra $100 upon the next visit. On the second visit, it turns out they mis-diagnosed the issue and said it was the Pressure Switch and Hose that needed to be replaced. On the third visit, they replaced the Pressure Switch and Hose and the washer seemed to work. Until we noticed a water leak that was not evident prior to the repair. I then called Michael's Appliance Repair back and asked for a tech to come see if the parts had been replaced properly. On the fourth visit, the same tech runs a wash cycle, hardly checks the parts he had replaced previously and says its now an issue with the gasket. This was NEVER an issue prior to him entering my house at any time. Also, if it had been, it should have been noticed and diagnosed on ANY Of the previous 3 visits. They then proceed to invoice me ANOTHER 129.99 for the visit. I called customer service and they will not work with me at all here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES. I am now $600+ in and now have a separate issue caused by their "handy work."
