It was the first hottest week of 2024 when our a/c broke down. The first companies that I called, I felt like they're upselling me. Until I talked to Chris at Convertible. He's so upfront and honest to talk to. He quoted me right on our phone call the best and most affordable unit that I wanted. Then he scheduled the installation first thing in the morning the next day. Their technicians (Ali and his dad) were great and professional. The job was finished exactly 3hrs as promised. I'll be recommending Convertible Heating and A/C to everyone !
