We have had nothing but issues from when we picked flooring and questioned if we should be actually going with laminate (they assured us it was the right choice, now after doing research of my own - I believe LVP would of been a much better choice for our home). Installation was a nightmare but they dont want to take any of the blame from that as it was contracted out - even though they recommended the contractor to us. Have had nothing but issues with our flooring that they keep trying to blame us for. Had someone from the flooring manufacturer come out and take a look (first time didnt show, next time was here less than 5 mins and did his report before we had sent him pictures of what he asked us to take pictures of). I have called and talked to the owner a few times. Last time was in March where he assured me, he would get back to me and we would find a way to make us satisfied with our flooring and purchase. Im still awaiting the call back, its almost July. Long story short, with as many flooring places in our city. I would go elsewhere and wish we would have. Dont get the runaround from this company that would rather try and pass the blame.
