Elite Appliance were called to repair our washer which wasn't working properly and under warranty. They were called by the manufacturer and came in a timely manner in the time frame they said and provided a courtesy message to indicate the exact time which was appreciated. The technician was thorough and efficient and was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in a reasonable time. The technician explained the issue and was able to provide advice on maintenance and use going forward. Very satisfied with the service and the repair experience and would recommend to friends and would call in the future if needed. Work order #570680

I am happy to write a review for the work that the painters did as part of WOW painters. The experience was extremely pleasant from beginning to end. Tyronne was very responsive to questions and timelines. There was some extra work/cost that was necessary due to paint colours - painting white over blue - and the need to apply an additional coat, but the added cost was reasonable. The fact that the job was done, so quickly and so well I would happily use WOW again for our painting needs.

Our carpet cleaner Terry was extremely helpful, thorough, and polite. He explained the process, offered some helpful advice and tips for cleaning and maintenance of the carpets. We were in a 2-bedroom condo and the whole process took less than an hour. The cleaning was a huge improvement and definitely brightened the rugs. We would highly recommend Envirotec and if you have a chance ask for Terry!
