Our old AC gave up functioning on a hot summer day. We called Convertible and were very pleased with Sam, who answered our questions thoroughly and then put us in touch with their sales representative. Chris visited us, explained the options available and helped us decide on the best choice for our situation. We had the team at our house the following morning. Darryl and his teammate were very professional and efficient. They did an impeccable job installing our new AC, furnace, and humidifier. They also removed the old equipment and left our house clean and comfortable. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and we were delighted with the entire process and the result.
