Have a Seaway tub bought 10 years ago. By now it needed an overhaul. Dre-Ann took care of all the administration and costing. She has got to be one of the best Admin people I have dealt with. She was friendly, explained all she needed to and contacted me when appropriate. Bryan, the technician, who I has worked on my tub before, was on time, explained all he was doing and what the options were. Always a pleasure working with Bryan. In the end all works, admittedly a little pricey, but that's the cost of having a hot tub!
