Worst experience ever! My condo management asked this company to have a look my HVAC as there's not enough hot water, the technician Brad just dropped by and left less than 5 minutes (should be less than that). I asked when to come and fix it and they asked me to contact my condo management. i KEPT FOLLOWING UP and been waiting for a month. NO response from this company at all. Asked another company to fix it at the end. Few months later, i received $270 bills for diagnostic charges! Saying its 1 hour of labor and 1 Truck/PPE charge. if you want your pocket safe, don't find this company. DO NOTHING and billed you substantial charges
