John had done a small job for me before; I was very pleased with his service so went to him when I decided to change my window coverings to shutters. John is extremely knowledgeable and gave excellent guidance re pros and cons of a couple of options I was looking at. The shutters are very well made; the fit is perfect; installation was on time and neatly done. Gail, who works in the office, also gave excellent service. It was a pleasure to work again with John and Gail.

This was for a one-time cleaning of my apartment. Luciano asked detailed questions to get a complete picture of the work to be done [I believe he normally does a site visit, but I asked for someone on very short notice]. He dealt with this in a very professional manner. Cecelia did an excellent job and, if I needed help again, would request her.
