Paul and Joe came in to clean the ducts and furnace at my rental home as tenants had a shaggy dog. Paul was extremely careful with all furniture and items in the two units in the house and explained the process in detail. He and his partner were quick, efficient and polite. At the end of the cleaning he 'fogged' the ducts (disinfected) with a natural substance of thyme and lemon. The whole house smelled beautiful. My brother has used CAPPS and I will definitely recommend CAPPS to all my friends.

Gus has been snaking my clay pipe storm and sanitary drains for eight years now. I have two trees on the lot that keep sending roots into the old, clay pipes. Gus responds immediately to calls/texts and arrives even on weekends for emergencies. He has two types of snakes (with horseshoe cutters, too) that clear out all the roots and problems. He is clean, efficient and has critical thinking skills to analyse and diagnose the situation. He has also changed faucets and repaired other plumbing issues for four family members. Trustworthy and professional.

Derick and his crew gave me a reasonable price and good ideas for covering my front lawn with sod. They created a stone retaining wall, as well. The crew was efficient, friendly and communicative. They even laid the two extra rolls of sod on some patches in the backyard. Very satisfied.

Jeff at Those Roofers was quick to respond when I had a serious flat roof leak that was entering the premises of a commercial tenant. He discussed the diagnosis and the various avenues of remedy with me before proceeding. What really impressed me is that after the work was done, he called on a rainy day to see if the problem had reappeared. I am very satisfied with the work he did and his customer care. He even picked a an item from a roofing shop for me that I needed for an unrelated job.
