I thought it would be a simple installation of an over the range microwave. However there were complications with the existing wiring being too short & the quartz backsplash being too high for the mounting bracket. The installer quickly identified the problems & clearly explained potential solutions & the additional cost. He fixed the wiring & added an outlet immediately & came back later on the same day with a partner & the required saw blade to cut the quartz without damaging the newly installed cabinets or backsplash. They also reconfigured the exhaust piping & even added pads underneath my new oven so it wouldnt scratch the newly installed flooring. A job well done.
