I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. After my refrigerator broke down, Tom the repair person took over two days just to get a response from this 'company'. When they finally showed up, he charged me twice amounting to $600, but nothing was actually fixed. My refrigerator is still not working, and it feels like I've been dealing with a company that is not authentic. To make matters worse, I've been trying to contact them to get my money back, but they've been ignoring all my texts. This is completely unacceptable, I have been advised to pursue in getting my money back in small claims court and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Terrible service and zero accountability.
