Called Adapt for a faulty thermal expansion valve on my hot water tank. Jamie explained my options clearly, and gave his best advice. He couldn't make our original appointment time, but kept me informed of his availability, and even went out of his way for an evening appointment! Work was completed quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!
After numerous quotes from other plumbers, and some shady advice from a couple of them, I tried Pipe Dreams (on advice of a friend). They offered sound advice, and a couple options for my hot water tank service. Jamie arrived promptly had the service done in less than 30 minutes, and came in under his initial quote. I will definitely keep these guys in mind for my next plumbing job!
Called Richard to discuss my hot water tank. The thermal expansion valve went bad (again, second time in 5 years). He suggested we use a thermal expansion tank, as the valves were not a very good product. Prompt, courteous service!
