TRUSTWORTHY My washing machine was leaking and I called Sutton & Sons based on a recommendation from 2 different people. I also read the information on their website and could tell this was a reputable company. Lee was the technician who worked on my machine. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the problem, which was a leak in the hose. Lee explained how this happened and showed me the area where the old hose had leaked. He installed the new hose at a better angle to help prevent the same issue happening again. He gave me tips on using the machine, how much detergent to use, and explained the various wash cycles.
